Prince Harry has cracked another joke at Donald Trump’s expense in public – this time about his ICE immigration agents.

The Duke of Sussex has lampooned Mr Trump twice in 48 hours – most recently in a new gag about the 2026 World Cup on the day the President attended the draw, the Daily Mail can reveal.

Harry was the surprise guest speaker at the British American Business Council (BABC) on Friday.

Speaking at the Fairmont Miramar Hotel in Santa Monica, Harry warned fans they need to ‘behave, get through customs and past ICE’ to attend, sparking hoots of laughter from those who attended a 65th Anniversary Christmas Luncheon.

With England and Scotland qualified and Wales and Northern Ireland having play-off games to come to the tournament next Summer, Harry added: ‘The British are coming, hungry for victory and they’re thirsty’.

On Wednesday Harry popped up on Stephen Colbert‘s Late Show where he mocked Mr Trump by claiming America had ‘elected a King’ – a nod to the ‘No Kings’ left-wing protests in October in opposition to Trump and his administration.

The gag sparked boos from the TV audience before he launched into another gag where he criticised CBS for settling a ‘baseless’ lawsuit with the President.

Donald Trump is yet to comment on the jokes at his expense but recently ‘ruled out’ deporting Prince Harry from the US himself over claims of ‘past drug taking’ made in his memoir and whether he declared it on his visa forms.

Earlier this year President Trump said he has no interest in ‘throwing out’ the Duke of Sussex, adding: ‘I’ll leave him alone. He’s got enough problems with his wife. She’s terrible’.

Around a month ago Harry revealed his LA Dodgers ‘date night’ with Meghan Markle was thanks to an invite from a billionaire with financial ties to Donald Trump’s ICE immigration detention centres and flights.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were the VIP guests of the baseball team’s co-owner Mark Walter.

The chairman of the new World Series champions, is facing ongoing protests due to links to ICE and ongoing immigration raids and deportations across Los Angeles.

In Friday’s speech, which was packed with Harry’s gags, he also joked about his confusion about Brits originally arrived in the US and named locations after their hometowns.

He said: It’s a new world to me, celebrating independence from Britain and more specifically, independence from my great, great, great, great, great great grandfather.

‘But look, I don’t take it personally and nor should you, but it does feel oddly reminiscent.

‘After all, we were able to leave our mark in other ways, mostly just through originally naming places after towns and cities back home, Boston, Massachusetts, and Lincolnshire, Manchester, New Hampshire and England, Birmingham, Alabama and England, Richmond, Virginia and England.

‘I’ve never quite understood why they did that. It surely can’t be because it reminded them of their hometowns.’

The 41-year-old was at the event in Los Angeles in celebration of the UK and USA’s ‘deeply personal’ relationship.

And while addressing the room packed with over 200 business leaders, he jested about US independence and having to wear kilts as a youngster.

He even took the opportunity to quip about Downton Abbey as Lord Julian Fellows, who created the show was being honoured at the event.

‘People sometimes ask if growing up with the Royal family was a bit like Julian’s Downton Abbey,’ Harry joked.

‘Yeah, but only one of those worlds is filled with drama, intrigue, elaborate dinners, marriages to Americans, and the other is a TV show.’

Marking the 250 years of independence in the US, Prince Harry chose to look back at how the relationship once riddled with ‘historic tensions’ had become one of the world’s ‘closest partnerships’.

He reflected on how ‘deeply personal’ the relationship was to not only his life across the pond but due to the American servicemen and women he served alongside in Afghanistan.

It came as his wife, Meghan Markle, is said to have reached out to her father after he was forced to have life-saving surgery to amputate his leg.

Harry made no mention of Thomas Markle.

Mr Markle, 81, who has been estranged from his daughter since her wedding, underwent a three-hour operation in the Philippines on Wednesday after a blood clot cut off circulation and the limb turned black.

A spokesman for the Duchess of Sussex had previously declined to comment on reports, first published exclusively by the Daily Mail, that the Duchess’s father was unwell.

But in an updated statement this evening, they said: ‘I can confirm she [Meghan] has reached out to her father.’

No further details have been released, including whether or not Meghan’s attempt was successful.

It is understood that Meghan only found about about her father’s health battles when reading about it in the news, and then instructed her aides to verify the claims, The Times reported.
