“Don’t Open It, Sophie — Not This Time” As The Hunting Wives Season 2 Arrives Any Moment With Explosive Diaries, Dangerous Affairs, And A Haunting Gift Box Poised To Tear Her Life Apart
The new Netflix original, The Hunting Wives, has now been renewed for another season. That’s right, the racy Texas drama show that quickly became a hit on the platform is about to return with more drama than they have ammunition in their hunting rifles!
The show tells us the story of Sophie O’Neill (played by Brittany Snow), who moves with her family to Maple Brook, Texas, only to get caught in the crossfire of the high society’s plans for having some questionable fun with the likes of Margo Banks (played by Malin Åkerman). But this eventually resulted in some intense drama between the new girl and the rest of them, fueled by betrayals, lies, and even murder just to cover their tracks.

What is the Plot for Season 2?
Season one left us with plenty of cliffhangers, leaving us with a lot to expect in season 2. During season one, we discover that Margo played a huge part in orchestrating Abby Jackson’s death, and at the end of season one, Sophie ended up killing Kyle with her car and dumping his body into a river.
In season two, just like the first season, it’ll have 8 episodes filled with rising tension, scandals, and even more drama. While tthere is no release date that Netflix has announced just yet, we can expect the story to pick up where it ended, and see the progression of other storylines like Nina’s recovery after Pastor Pete’s death, Brad’s grief after his mother’s shocking demise, and the political stakes surrounding Jed’s campaign for governor.
