BREAKING: The con is over. LEVERAGE: REDEMPTION has been officially cancelled after 3 seasons on Amazon’s Freevee and Prime of reminding the world why we loved the original show. Although Timothy Hutton didn’t return from the original series and was obviously a missing piece, the rest of the cast came back. Gina Bellman’s grifter Sophie, Christian Kane’s hitter Eliot, Beth Riesgraf’s thief Parker, and Aleyse Shannon and Noah Wyle joined as young hacker Breanna and disgruntled lawyer Harry. Aldis Hodge popped in now and again as Hardison. Obviously Noah Wyle hit the stratosphere with The Pitt, so he was never expected back for a potential 4th season. But the rest of the cast still clicked whenever they had the opportunity to. Honestly, we were given 3 more seasons of this cheeky, goofy series about criminals avenging the wrongs of the wicked which was more than we ever expected, and thankfully it didn’t end on a massive cliffhanger. It was fun while it lasted.
